Our Story
- The foundation of Munot Group was laid by Mr. Chunilal Jasrup Munot in Panvel, Navi Mumbai in the year 1910.
- It was then engaged in FOOD INDUSTRY, Huge Rice Mills with modern machinery during the British Era, and FINANCE. With this broad vision, he started acquiring land in and around Panvel. Thanks to his business acumen and strong customer relationship skills, he soon became a prominent and influential brand in Panvel and ultimately took the business to the pinnacle of success. This success was clearly reflected in the high profitability, huge scale of operation and an impeccable customer loyalty.
- Munot Group was further developed and diversified to “LEASING” and “CONSTRUCTIONS” by Mr. Manakchand Chunilal Munot. Under his guidance and leadership, Munot Group created good credibility and reputation in the business circle.
- Today, Munot Group is known for its quality, punctuality, reliability and a strong customer loyalty. It has become a brand in itself.
- Munot Developments (1994) and M.M. Constructions (2011) are the two successful construction and property development companies that run under the Munot Group brand.
- Both firms are engaged in the construction of commercial and residential complexes in Navi Mumbai. They have successfully diversified in ‘leasing business’ offering commercial premises on long-term lease to supermarkets, insurance companies, hospitals.
